Diane Ballweg

Diane Ballweg has been a Teacher for 31 years, with degrees in Education and Music from Edgewood College and UW-Madison. She teaches Aviation at Edgewood High School, having initiated the program there in the year 2000. Diane is very involved in the community, active in a number of professional organizations, and is the president of a family foundation. She loves teaching and learning, and believes that teachers and learners come in all different shapes, ages, and sizes.


Jill Conaway

Jill Conaway is the Associate Principal and Development Director for Sacred Hearts School in Sun Prairie. Previously, she was the Director of Admissions for Edgewood High School, responsible for recruitment and marketing. Jill also serves on the Sun Prairie Business and Education Partnership Board and the Sacred Hearts School Commission and Investment Boards.


Tom Farley

Tom Farley is the President of The Chris Farley Foundation, which is dedicated to creating unique communication programs that use humor to reach youth audiences on the dangers of substance abuse. He has spoken to middle and high schools and colleges around the country. Previously, Tom had a successful fifteen year career in marketing and communications in the New York City area. Currently, he is the Director of Marketing for the Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau. A graduate of Georgetown University, Tom is active with several local organizations, including Horizon High School and Aaron's House. He also serves as a Board member of the Dane County Human Services Board.


Doug Gregory

Doug Gregory is the Owner/Operator of Girlie's Manor CBRF, assistive living facility for the elderly, with locations in Cross Plains and Mt. Horeb. Doug has also been a Realtor and has been a Manager for Famous Footwear and for Swiss Colony. Doug is an Eagle Scout and a Cub Master. He is also Vice President of the Cross Plains Business Association (2006/2007) and is President Elect for that Association (2007/2008).


David Muehl

David Muehl has been a practicing certified public accountant for 31 years, and joined Wegner, LLP in 1986 as a partner. David has a B.S. in Accounting and Risk Management from UW-Madison. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. David has also been a farmer/producer for ten years, has served on various community boards, and helps coach collegiate water ski teams.


All Turn Around Teen counselors share a deep and broad professional background in working with youth. Specialized areas of interest include support with drug and alcohol issues, self-transformation, academic improvement, career exploration and multiculturalism.
