Doug Gregory

Doug Gregory, TAT Board President, is the Owner/Operator of Girlie's Manor CBRF, assistive living facility for the elderly, with locations in Cross Plains and Mt. Horeb. Doug has also been a Realtor and has been a Manager for Famous Footwear and for Swiss Colony. Doug is an Eagle Scout and a Cub Master. He is also Vice President of the Cross Plains Business Association (2006/2007) and is President Elect for that Association (2007/2008).


Jill Conaway

Jill Conaway is the Associate Principal and Development Director for Sacred Hearts School in Sun Prairie. Previously, she was the Director of Admissions for Edgewood High School, responsible for recruitment and marketing. Jill also serves on the Sun Prairie Business and Education Partnership Board and the Sacred Hearts School Commission and Investment Boards.


Connie Nadler

Connie Nadler is executive director of LearningRx Brain Training Center, a cognitive and reading skills center in Madison, Wisconsin. She is certified as a secondary education teacher and by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association as both an Educational Audiologist and Speech/Language Pathologist. Connie's quest to strengthen auditory processing, critical thinking and reading skills led her to establish LearningRx South Central Wisconsin in order to increase attention, memory, logic, processing speed, reading, auditory and visual skills in children and adults. Connie also is owner of On-The-Go Learning, an educational products manufacturer of learning materials for our youngest learners and their parents. She also owns CJN Productions, LLC, a professional speaking enterprise specializing in America's Reading Crisis, among other education topics.


Marcia Ouchakof

Marcia Ouchakof teaches seventh grade language arts, world geography, and Read 180 at Thomas Jefferson Middle School in Madison. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Wittenberg University (Springfield, OH) and a master’s degree in education and professional development from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. She has worked for the Madison Metropolitan School District for the past 15 years, all at the middle school level.


Tamara Schlessinger

Tamara Schlessinger is the Clinical Director at Psychotherapy and Growth Center, an outpatient mental health clinic in Madison. She provides psychotherapy and consulting services for adolescents and college-aged individuals and their families. Tamara primarily focuses on depression, anxiety and eating disorder treatment and prevention and also delivers educational talks to several Wisconsin schools and colleges. She has a special interest in functional medicine and multidisciplinary approaches to health and recently helped to edit the book Modern Medicine is Killing You-Start your Healthcare Revolution Now!
