Class Schedule

ACT Prep Classes

Our next round of ACT prep classes has been scheduled. The series of four classes will run Sundays, Jan. 15, 22, 29 and Feb. 5, from 6:30-8:30 pm, in preparation for the next ACT exam. The classes will be taught at our facility at 6333 Odana Road, Madison, WI 53719.

All sessions are taught by Elizabeth Holden, who also has taught ACT prep classes at McHenry Community College in Illinois. We are pleased to have someone with Liz's talents and experience available to teach this valuable course for high school juniors. The instructor spends about two hours on each of the four ACT exam sections: Reading, Mathematics, English, and Science Reasoning. Students are given specific strategies and work through problems from ACT sample tests. If students also plan to take the optional Writing section, some class time is spent on strategies for that section as well.

The course fee is $300; checks made payable to Turn Around Teen. The course is limited to six students.
