Turn Around Teen offers HeartMath® biofeedback program

Turn Around Teen is pleased to announce that staff counselor Laurie Mullen became a Certified HeartMath® Practitioner in March 2011. Laurie was trained to use HeartMath's innovative emWave biofeedback program (both their desktop and portable versions) and has already given a number of productive sessions for clients. The "em" in emWave stands for empowerment. Indeed, this program effectively and engagingly empowers the youth or adult by teaching them how to control their thoughts, feelings, and breathing to yield positive results that are both immediate and long-lasting, for alleviation of issues ranging from anger to stress and anxiety. The results are on the screen! Must be experienced to be fully appreciated.
